The building is nice and the rooms are great-sized. The location is incredible, just a short walk away from Tramonto ad Oia. The hotel is in the beautiful zone.

I had high hopes but was disappointed. The plumbing system was horrendous, and a Nespresso machine would have made coffee mornings much better. I almost contemplated leaving a good review, but the lack of pampering I expected to match my stay made it impossible. Sorry, Aspa Villas, but I cannot comply.

Charming small and lovely hotel in Oia with amicable staff on the reception desk. Well-equipped and new-fashioned room and central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television inside. Amazing location to Baxedes Mountains. A nice restaurant on site.

WiFi is fast and stable.
bad location, on the edge of Oia, it takes 15 mins to walk to the town center. Faclities were of a very low quality, can not imagine so poor in advance. On the other side of the hill, a very bad view of the caldera and sea. Pictures were much better than the actual. Poor value for money, never book again.

What a braw place! The room was pure magic with a lovely hot tub and stunning views, cannae beat that! Nikoleta and her team were cracking, always making sure we were well taken care of. Only downside – the pool was a bit chilly for my taste. But cannae wait to come back!

Perfect place with accommodating staff, everything was perfect. Continental breakfast, the food was fabulous. Its location at a short distance from Caldera view was great and fantastic. Set right next to a bus station, which helped to explore Oia. The services were excellent, offered us very good free Wi-Fi.

Fantastic location - breakfast overlooking the caldera was breathtaking. Short walk to the tourist/shopping area of Oia. Market, car rental and restaurants very close by. Room was very clean. Wonderful staff. We would definitely stay there again.
Only negative was the pool was not filled - but we went in mid April so it was very early in the season.

The private outdoor hot tub on the roof terrace was a sweet spot for relaxation, providing very nice sunset views while enjoying the complimentary wine and snacks in the fridge upon arrival. The location is ideal-just a short walk to attractions, but far enough from the tourist floods to maintain a peaceful vibe without being too isolated.
The air conditioning units were noisy, which disrupted the tranquility of the outdoor areas. The limited kitchen facilities left something to be desired when wanting to prepare meals. A microwave doesn't cut it for those eager to cook. The lack of diverse breakfast options meant relying on the few complimentary items could get monotonous after a while.

The clean, well-equiped self-catering studios are good value a few steps from the caldera but facing out to sea in the other direction. It's three minutes walk to the main village. The owners were pleasant and very helpful.
